The concept and process

The dua service,

1- Dua submission is done annonamously, like on askbabaali, so thepublic don't see these personal drama

2- The submited dua is sent to an admin, who forward as appropriate tothe volunteer list

3- Any volunteer after making the dua, post a comment on the site,stating the name of the person who submitted the dua, where and whenthe volunteer made the dua, e.g. i prayed for you while fasting or inHajj.

4- No donation is required from the requestor, not even optional

5- All volunteers have to sign up, pay a donation, attend a training,and pass an online test.
