We need a new domain name for this service, where people can come and submit their dua requests and volunteers can come and post comments that they did make the dua.
What should we call the site?

I can't help thinking of the Dua4me site... wouldn't it be prudent to build upon their existing system via a collaboration, rather than starting from scratch?
The only thing is, the dua is public. In fact, it might be a good way to stem the criticism you have been receiving, that a person should first make dua for themselves.
I.e., the person posts their own dua to the site, as they normally would. The volunteer team sees the dua in their feed reader, makes dua, and then responds with a comment on that dua thread.
It would not require any extra work in terms of site building etc - we're just latching onto an existing framework.
